Getting your fish from our warehouse to your home alive and healthy is the most important part of our business. And finding the balance between speed and cost is a challenge.

We only ship orders 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) using Standard Overnight FedEx shipping. This insures you will get your fish delivered during the week and avoid any weekend delays.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders over $169 qualify for FREE shipping. You only pay for the box fee of $10

Orders less than $169 pay a flat shipping of $39 and the box fee of $10

* Box fee is included on ALL orders
* Shipping is a 3rd party cost and is NOT refundable

Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled on the days we ship. Tuesday & Wednesday.

FedEx delivers orders Wednesday & Thursday.

Order Tracking

Once your order is assembled, fish are bagged and packed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your tracking number. This is confirmation that your fish will arrive the following day.
